How to use our Secure Shopping Cart
Our secure online shopping cart handles
all transactions, including telephone, mail-in, and fax-in orders. It's
so easy to use: Simply add your item(s) with the "Add to Cart" button.
When you're ready to check out, click on the "Cart" button (located in
the upper right corner of every page), review your selections and
quantities, choose payment method, and then click on the "Go to
Checkout" button. After filling in the shipping, billing and payment
information, you'll be presented with an editable final review page
that will detail your complete order, including shipping costs and
total order value. Print a copy of this page and click on the "Submit"
button to transmit your order to us for processing.
Safe Shopping Guarantee
When you use your credit card to shop at
PumpingPlus.com, rest assured that the transaction is secure. Our
servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption
technology, and the Internet standard for secure transactions. This
technology safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy.
All data is kept discretely on our off-line secure database system and
we never sell, share or release any customer information to any other

PayPal is also accepted.

online in our secure shopping cart, or you can select "Pay by
Fax" or "Pay by
Mail" to transmit your credit card information to us via fax or
mail.
Sending credit card information via email
is not recommended for security reasons.
Checks and Money Orders
Please place your order through our online
shopping cart. Choose "Order by Check/Money Order through Postal Mail"
for your payment method, when you check out. Then, print your final
order after
completing your billing and shipping address information in the check
out, and mail the
printout with your check or money order to:

Orders paid by personal checks will
be held until the check has cleared our bank and yours.
International banque cheques must be
payable in U.S. dollars.
Returns /Exchanges
Returns
or exchanges will only be accepted
in the case of a damaged or defective product upon receipt, which must
be authorized. In such case, please email us or fax us for a return
authorization code.
NOTE: Unauthorized, non-defective returns
will be accessed for re-stocking fees or returned to sender.
No
cancellations.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders leave our facility within
one-two
business days. If product is out of stock, the order will ship
immediately upon receipt of replenishment inventory from our suppliers.
U.S. Standard Shipping
United States domestic orders ship via
FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery, when possible. Delivery is 5-10
business days after processing your order, depending on your location.
For P.O. Boxes, APOs, FPOs and those who
indicate a preference for postal delivery, we ship via U.S. Postal
Service Priority Mail. Please allow 5-10 business days after processing
for delivery in the continental United States, and 5-12 days after
processing for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
APOs and FPOs can only ship via U.S.
Postal Service Priority or Express mail. When shipping to APOs and
FPOs, Invoice descriptions may be altered for your privacy.

U.S. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping (overnight, second, and
third day delivery) is available to most areas for in-stock
items. It is NOT available for orders shipping outside the U.S.A..
Please specify in the "Customer Comments"
field of the order form whether you want U.S.
Postal Service Express Mail (for APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes or as
requested), FedEx Express Saver (Third Day),
FedEx Second Day, FedEx Standard Overnight (next business
afternoon), FedEx Priority Overnight
(next business morning, where available) or FedEx
Saturday Delivery (where available).
Please specify (also in the Customer
Comments field) if you require a confirmation of the additional
shipping cost before shipping. If you do not request confirmation, we
will calculate the additional fees, add them to your order, and ship
your order without contacting you for confirmation.
For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S.
Territories, our experience has been that expedited shipments may be
delayed up to two days beyond the ordinarily expected delivery date.
Expedited Shipping Deadline
EXPRESS DELIVERY REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED
BY 9:30 A.M. PACIFIC TIME. Expedited orders received after 9:30 A.M.
Pacific Time will ship the following business day.
U.S. Postal Service Express Mail
This is the only expedited shipping method
available for shipping to post office boxes. Overnight delivery is not
guaranteed, as USPS Express Mail delivery often takes two days. Orders
received after 9:30 A.M. Pacific Time will not ship until the following
business day.
Shipping via Express Mail typically adds
$20 to $40 to the standard shipping and handling fee.
FedEx Express Saver
This expedited delivery service option is
delivered by 5 P.M. (to business addresses) and by 7 P.M. (to
residential addresses) on the third business day. Orders received after
9:30 A.M. Pacific Time will not ship until the following business day.
Shipping via FedEx Express Saver typically
adds $12 to $25 to the standard shipping and handling fee.
This shipping method is not available for
international orders.
FedEx Second Day
This expedited delivery service option is
delivered by 5 P.M. (to business addresses) and by 7 P.M. (to
residential addresses) on the second business day. Orders received
after 9:30 A.M. Pacific Time will not ship until the following business
day.
Shipping via FedEx Second Day typically
adds $15 to $38 to the standard shipping and handling fee.
This shipping method is not available for
international orders.
FedEx Standard Overnight
This expedited delivery service option is
delivered by 4 P.M. (to business addresses) and by 6 P.M. (to
residential addresses) on the next business day. Orders shipped Friday
will be delivered Monday. See FedEx
Saturday
Delivery to receive your Friday order on Saturday. Orders received
after 9:30 A.M. Pacific Time will not ship until the following business
day.
Shipping via FedEx Standard Overnight
typically adds $30 to $60 to the standard shipping and handling fee.
This shipping method is not available for
international orders.
FedEx Priority Overnight
This expedited delivery service option is
delivered by noon (to most addresses) and by 5 P.M. (to remote areas)
on the next business day. Orders shipped Friday will be delivered
Monday. See FedEx Saturday
Delivery to
receive your Friday order on Saturday. Orders received after 9:30 A.M.
Pacific Time will not ship until the following business day.
Shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight
typically adds $40 to $85 to the standard shipping and handling fee.
This shipping method is not available for
international orders.
FedEx Saturday Delivery
This expedited delivery service option is
delivered by noon (to most addresses) and by 5 P.M. (to remote areas)
on Saturday. Orders requesting this service that are received after
9:30 A.M. Pacific Time on Friday will not ship
until Monday.
Shipping via FedEx Saturday Delivery
typically adds $50 to $100 to the standard shipping and handling fee.
This shipping method is not available for
international orders and may not be available in certain rural or
suburbs of the USA. Verify with your local Federal Express office or go
on line to FEDEX.com.
International Shipping
International orders ship via U.S. Postal
Service Global Priority Air Mail. The secure shopping cart will
automatically add the appropriate shipping and handling fees for you
when you specify an international (including Canada and Mexico) address
for your delivery. Product descriptions on paperwork for customs may be
altered for your privacy and discretion.
International orders may be subject to
VAT, import duties and/or taxes, depending upon your country's import
laws, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. We ship
your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". For more information
regarding your country's custom and import policies, please contact
your local customs office.
